Storyline:
The movie picks up two years after the events of the first installment. Cecilie and Andreas are raising their son Leo, while Liv and Malte are parents to their daughter Sille. Though the families have remained in touch, their lives are vastly different.
A startling revelation during a medical check-up changes everything: the two babies were never swapped after all. Shocked but determined to stay connected, the families decide to move into a collective at Cecilie and Andreas’ home to share parenting responsibilities for both children.
However, as they attempt to live together, their differences in parenting styles, eating habits, and lifestyles begin to clash. Tensions rise, especially as Cecilie finds herself more emotionally attached to her biological daughter, Sille. In a secretive move, she seeks custody of Sille without informing the other parents.
When her plan is exposed, the collective collapses. Liv and Malte move away with Sille, leaving Cecilie to grapple with the consequences of her actions. The movie takes an emotional turn as Cecilie fights to make amends and find a way to create harmony between the families once again.
