Storyline:

In Season 2, the world of “Arcane” grows even larger, taking fans to surprising new places. The story picks up right after the intense events at the end of Season 1. Jinx has just launched a stolen Hextech gemstone at the Piltover council, sparking chaos and making it impossible to avoid the rising conflict between Piltover and Zaun.

The focus of this season is on how each character deals with the choices they’ve made and the dark sides they can’t escape. Jinx, in particular, must face the consequences of her actions, as they impact her relationship with her sister, Vi, and threaten any hope of peace. The theme of making choices and dealing with their outcomes is central to “Arcane,” as the characters, especially Jinx, are forced to reflect on who they truly are. Jinx must ultimately decide if she is “Jinx” or if she is still “Powder.”

The series will also explore Vi’s personal growth, as she continues to face her past traumas. According to Hailee Steinfeld, Vi goes through a lot in this season, learning from her hardships and becoming stronger in the process, even if it’s not always easy.
